Use Customer Wizard to upload your Customers and Sites directly from an Excel spreadsheet. Customer Wizard uses the standard Oracle APIs provided by the Trading Community Architecture provided with eBusiness Suite 11i and as such works in the same way as Oracle does to create and update customers.
