About Requisition Wizard

Welcome to Requisition Wizard by More4Apps.

We have developed this tool in response to demand from iProcurement users to provide an alternative to the Oracle Applications Requisition data entry forms.  Oracle users can now create their Requisitions directly from Excel into Oracle Applications Purchasing module.

Requisition Wizard is a VBA program embedded in a Microsoft Excel workbook.  It is a close cousin to our other ‘Wizard’ products and shares the same look and feel.

The software interfaces with the standard Oracle Requisitions interface. It does NOT modify any Oracle objects.

Features

All options are available on a toolbar.  Double clicking in the spreadsheet also loads the Requisition Header, Lines, Distributions, and Descriptive Flexfield forms.  The forms are optional and you can simply type, import, or paste the values into the spreadsheet.

Use the sourcing options to default sourcing information and pricing from your approved supplier and sourcing rules.  Default sourcing for internal requisitions is not currently supported.

You can upload Requisition Lines one at a time, a selected range, or your entire worksheet.

The program is flexible about the spreadsheet layout.  You can move or delete unwanted columns.  You can also have multiple sheets or even use sheets in other workbooks.

Requisition Wizard has been designed to query products stored in the Oracle iProcurement Catalog.  This functionality is designed to allow quick building on requisition lines based on the Catalog, however it does not save as an iProcurement requisition.

This program has been developed on R11i and is not available on prior releases of Oracle Financials.

Trial Version

The trial version of this program is fully functional and has no time-out.  It does however only upload 5 Distributions at a time before stopping.  To continue the upload you must log the program into the database again.

The forms and other features are not constrained in the trial version at all.

Enjoy !!
