Customer Wizard

Customer Wizard enables you to maintain your Oracle customer master-data from Excel. You can download customer information into Excel, make the necessary changes and then upload into Oracle Receivables. It can be used at data conversion time to migrate customer information into Oracle, or on an ongoing basis to maintain customer information.

The following types of customer-related information are supported: Customer, Sites & Site Use, Business Purposes, Contacts, Communications & Roles, Profile Transactions, Document Printing & Amounts, Order Management, Classifications, Marketing, Related Customers and Party Relationships.

Customer Wizard features the following:

Create new customers and sites
Download existing customers & sites for maintenance
Download existing customers and sites and use as the basis for new customers & sites
Validation within spreadsheet to ensure the accuracy of the information being loaded into Oracle
