“The solution was to get suppliers to provide a simple spreadsheet with 4 columns of data per invoice (invoice date, invoice number, PO number, amount). The More4Apps Wizard is able to upload hundreds of invoices in 1-2 minutes giving a significant time saving plus the added benefit of improved data entry accuracy.

“At current volumes the Wizard will negate the need to employ an additional staff member.

“The upload template was easy to adjust and no code alterations or configuration changes were required in Oracle.”
