“With the existence of a non-Oracle logistic system, the Dutch MSF (Médecins Sans Frontières) organization has to deal with a manual interface to the Oracle back office. Due to growing shipping and field order demands, increasing data entry volumes became too demanding. More4Apps' Requisition Wizard provided the answer, coping with higher volumes and reducing errors. Requisition Wizard was affordable, created a time benefit, but more importantly reduced RSI complaints.

During the implementation the Wizard had to be modified to specific MSF requirements. A process in which the New Zealand based vendor proved reliable, with an overnight response to their European alliance partner EBS4APPS.”
